| Never seen it for sale Snadger, but you could make some yourself. Chop your mint. Cream your butter. Mix your butter and mint together. Put in the fridge for 24 hours for the flavours to infuse. Divide into small portions and freeze. (Use ice cube trays or similar) Just pop out as you want them. Or use any other herb you like.

| I've never seen mint butter sold alone, but those 'ready to microwave' fancy things from Witrose, I think I have seen new-potatoes with a pat of mint butter in the package. I might be getting mixed up with other 'things with flavoured butter' they sell. I only ever buy such stuff on 'ridiculously cheap to get rid of it'.

| Only if you like mint! I can't stand the stuff. I acknowledge that I am peculiar in this (as in so many other ways!)
