  • Fruit butter and fruit cheese

    Hi,
    I have just discovered that you can make types of fruit butter and types of fruit cheese.
    Does anyone make any of these?
    Are there any simple ones for a novice like me to do?
    And how do you store them and how long do they keep for?

    I make fruit cheeses, usually by sieving the pulp oft over from making jellies. I make a spiced crab apple jelly every year and that makes a great cheese which will keep for at least a year.

    Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

    Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

      the last cheese I made was damson it was really nice with pork pie.
