    frozen courgettes in chutney?

    I have some sliced frozen courgettes in the freezer.

    Can I use these to make chutney?

    I cant think of any reason why not? As it all has to cook for ages anyway?

    Any thoughts????

    Yes you can. If I were you though, I would defrost them in a colander so any surplus moisture drains off.

      thats brilliant.

      Good idea with the colander.

      For some reason my 3 courgette plants have slowed right down producing fruit, so I might have to use my frozen ones....
