| Well, I would do, but I've not made them before, and just having read this recipe, I'm not convinced by their first ingredient: 85g 'honey-dipped dried banana chips'. What's the point? A Banana Muffin recipe should have Bananas in it, surely? I'll get back to you with a better one.....!
