if you have a google you will find lots of interesting jam and chutneys,just type in what fruit ext.,and follow the leads,i made some green tomato jam 2 years ago,yes,i was supprised with toms,but is lovely more of a mamalade taste,i put ginger in another batch.

rhubarb and fig is quite nice
