Default Cauli recipes please!

Does antone have any freezable cauli recipes to help me out wiv my glut (show off!)?

You can just divide the cauli into florets and freeze raw (I don't bother with blanching as it makes them soft). You can make cauliflower cheese and freeze in portion sized trays. You can use cauliflower in picallili or mixed pickles (not freezing I know, but if you have that much it may be useful)

you could try sweet potato & cauliflower, mash together when cooked, lovely with lamb in red wine sauce with garlic, dont know if the mash freezes well though, we eat it straight away, if it freezes well give me a bell, yum yum
