| Here you are Hazel. As it seems to be the time of year to be given celeriac Here's the soup I make from it.One large or two small celeriac Ditto onion Tablespoon oil Clove or two of garlic - depends how (or even IF) you like it Pint and a half of stock - you choose Couple of fresh bay leaves - dry would do Saute the onion and garlic in the oil until getting soft then add the cubed celeriac. Stir about for a bit then add the bay leaves and stock. Turn down heat, add lid, cook for 25-30 mins. Blend. Serves 2-3 for a good lunch with bread, more for a starter.
