    Is there a website you recomment for buying chicken houses and equipment?

    Is there a website you recomment for buying chicken houses and equipment?

    chcicken coops and runs and chicken feeders etc and bits and bobs.
    Just been looking on ebay.

    But thought there might be a good website out there that sells chicken houses etc.

      Hi Naomi

      The thing about chicken houses is that they are quite bulky, so getting them from a nearby stockist can be cheaper if you can collect rather than get it couriered. I got my ark from Cambridge Poultry, but since there are plenty of chicken breeders in your part of the world, I'm sure there must be similar places nearer to you. Practical Poultry (the magazine and forum) are a good place to ask.

      For the "bits and bobs", Ascott have a good range of general supplies. I don't know how cheap they are (we have quite a good country store nearby, so I haven't needed to use them), but they have a wide range of stuff.

        Google Wells Poultry or PandT poultry. Both have good selections and decent prices. No affiliation (or I might have got a discount!)
