Default speckledy anywhere near hudddersfield

Could anyone help me find a speckledy breeder near Huddersfield they look lovely, and the dark brown eggs look yummy, any help gratefully appreciated. I will need 3 hens. Have googled but got no joy. Thankyou Hope this is the right place to post is not apologies in advance.

Try getting an issue of Practical Poultry from the newsagent or WHSmiths, there is a section in the back which lists suppliers by area.

Hi furball,

If you don't manage to find Speckeldy hens near you, try Rhode Island Red, Welsummer or Marans - all these breeds lay nice big dark brown eggs.
