 help with chicken talk Hi all we have had our chickens for nearly a year and most of the 'chat' i can understand... food here.. quick hide cat alert etcetc. Our chicken ? black rock has started SQUAWKING very loudly if she is disturbed....  eg at bed time She is laying well and is possibly middle of the pecking order so is she just being bolshy and trying to push heself forward and make herself heard. I have checked her over and there doesnt seem to be anything physically wrong so any suggestions       |

| hi Jackie,she looks really healthy,what a lovely girl she is.I think the others are probably right.Having such a great life,why waste any of it on sleep! |
