Default hello from new member

hello everyone, its my first time on a forum,
i have 10 chickens and one dog. and 8 eggs soon to hatch, (hopefully)
i have a wellsummer cockeral, that a broody hen hatched for us last year, and 2 of the hens are his 'sisters' he is a very 'active' male, and i have to take a board with me when i go to collect the eggs !! i am having problems with the lack of eggs being laid, but this is due to age (our first hens were old when we had them, we didn't know that young hen have yellow legs!)
moulting,and probally the frisky cockeral!!
