I don't keep chickens although I would like to, the deeds prohibit it.
Anyway I was getting the front border ready for planting, weeding etc.
Its next to a low dividing wall. At the end is a lavender bush.
I was grubbing the weeds from under it when up popped what looked just like a hens egg.
I thought, no it can't be, it must be a rubber ball of sorts, so I gave it a small squeeze.
It went pop and was full of yucky smelly stuff. I buried it immediately whew what a niff.
Anyway I have no idea where it came from. No one around here has chickens and it was too big for a wild birds egg.
Any suggestions ?
