  • Cockerels crowing during the night - normal?

Hi. My 3 young cockerels found their cock-a-doodle-doos recently, as they've proudly been demonstrating during the day. No problem there, but I'm a bit concerned about the 2/3 am and 5/6 am sessions, which seem to be becoming a bit of a regular feature even when it's pitch black outside... Is this normal behaviour, or can I look forward to a bit of peace again once the novelty wears off??

Ha, nope - the more cockerels you have, the more they seem to crow. It's a crow battle ....and in the Summer it's worse

I had a sick cockerel in a cardboard box in the kitchen overnight once even the kids said he had to go
