Default cannot believe it

after 1 year of hounding my husband i have just recieved a omlet cube and 4 chickens, sooooooooo excited . all help gratefully recieved making sure my chickens are looked after properly

just been to check my hens only had then one day and found a small egg is it o.k to eat?
hens only 16 weeks old

WOW lucky you!!

My man was pretty good at building me a run and doing all the rebuilding after the disasters of last year.
Beyond helping with heavy work and doing the morning feeding when I have to work, the chooks are mine.

Congratulations on your first egg!!!
you will have great fun with your chickens. I had to let my other half look after mine for me when I tore the ligaments in my foot, as I couldn't get to the bottom of the garden, during that time, we had a hen sitting on eggs and she has now hatched 2 chicks
Unfortunately, I don't think he will let me have my chickens back now!
