    just put newbies into the coop,what a lot of moaners in there already,should be interesting in the morning,the bluebelle that was once the most timid, is now the aggressive one...

      Sounds like my cluckcluck, she was being picked on and would be by herself. Got my new ex batts and she tells them off something rotten, gives them a good peck if they try and nick her food and I feel better than she is no longer the odd one out as there are now 5 that are odd ones out!

        just been watching the new birds,and the effect of a nice bit of sun has been to stop the squabbling while they all basked in the warmth of the sun,and peace,it has gone a lot better and quieter than we first thought,all we need now is the speckledies to start laying,they are timid creatures,even a little peck sets them running,will try to get photos on page asap(wife doing the david bailey bit),they are very pretty birds....
