I have two 25 week old sussexs and would love to get two more but we are thinking about getting two older ones.would this be a problem?

You should be OK. Put them in the house at night, they will argue a bit for a few days (you know what women are), but they should soon settle down.

You should be prepared to take one of the hens out if it gets picked on too badly though.
