Default Can Chickens have Hayfever?

We have two new chickens at point of lay. One of them has been acting slightly out of character today.

Her comb is red, she is eating and still laying but she is quieter than normal and not as active. She has also been closing one eye a lot today and has been sneezing. She seems to be sleeping today too, something I have never seen her do before in the day.

Is this something I should be worried about?

We lost one two weeks ago due to being egg bound. As we are new to chicken keeping we did not know what to look out for and now I like to keep a close eye on the ones left.
