Mustard spinach, Rocket, Lettuce (amongst others Merveille Des Quatre Saisons), Mizuna. All can be planted from October onwards. I've planted in December to get early greens as well. Of course you can always be getting on with the spring greens outside of the greenhouse as well. Winter Purslane, Lambs Lettuce (fin September)

Last year I experimented with various brassicas grown in the pots and compost the toms came out of!

Biggest success was the Spring cabbage which were a month earlier than the same plants grown outdoors.

Sow spring cabbage in July!

I'm not just sure what it is you want to do Potty Pete but if it's veg for the winter you want today I sowed some swedes, kale, purple and white sproutong brocolli and mizunna. They will all be grown in the ground.
I've already got cabbage, leeks and sprouts in there.

In your greenhouse you could try some lettuce, carrots and potatoes in buckets.
I found the potatoes did best planted in February.
But you could try planting some late to get them ready for Christmas. Try the search box.

I was going to suggest potatos and carrots. I'm hoping to have a go at a christmas potato tub! Carrots to go with it would be nice too.

Other than that, salad leaves?
