  • Winter onion 'stems' - some blowing over

I planted some winter onion sets a few weeks ago and they are doing great and all have taken off really well.
Having never grown veg I'm just wondering if I should be worried that a few of the stems have blown over. That's to say if there are two stems per onion on se
Of them 1 of the stems has kinked and has blown over.
Will this effect the plant? The stems aren't that tall and are still quite thin.

    Thanks.

Yes onions can be messy plants, sprawling everywhere, when grown for show purposes you can use little plastic circles on sticks to hold the leaves in place.
