Default Watering seedlings

Hi there! Has anyone any good ideas of how to water small delicate seedlings indoors without bending or breaking them? I have a plastic mister, but I am not sure if they get wet enough with that....?

Do you mean outdoors in trays or in the ground. If in trays, stand the tray or pot in water so you water from below. If in the ground, te seedlings sould not rquire any extra water, if they do, gently water the soil around the seedlings, not the seedlings.

But not everyone likes fleabay!

Think I've seen them in garden centres as well, they are very good but I also like the little brass mister that somebody bought me for Christmas.

I use the bottle top waterers for seedlings and they are quite effective.

It is sometimes good to put the tray or pots into shallow water and let the compost soak up as much as it wants - leave it for an hour or so then get rid of the excess. Make sure they can drain properly.

Remember not to keep seedlings wet. Damp-moist is best.

I've had mine for years, think of it as "price per wear"!
