  • Very novice gardener.

    Hi folks

This is my first time on here so looking for some advice on where to start.

I want to redesign my garden & start growing veg for my bunnies & for the kitchen & I also want to grow herbs too.

Would love to grow my own tomatoes & strawberries but again unsure where to start

Hi and welcome. A good place to start is the 'What I did today' thread. Lots of reminders of good times to sow and plant out. HOWEVER - do bear in mind that some people live In the frozen north and some in the lush south and what is a suitable time for one person won't be for everyone. Here in Yorkshire I find that I can't plant anything tender (toms, green beans, squashes etc) outside until I'm sure there'll be no more frost. Practically speaking, that's June. In some areas people get away with it at the end of April.

Anything you're not sure of - just ask. Someone will have done it before!
Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
