I spread the spent compost on the garden/allotment soil. The plants go in the compost bin. I don't disinfect although this is a good idea. I usually sweep up any debris and if necessary clean the glass.

      Hi Ralf
I usually compost all the plants and the roots, but I put the old compost/grow bag soil onto a bed outside. Usually the one that has had potatoes in because they are the same family, so it won't mess the rotation of beds up. I do that because my soil is very clay, so the spent compost is good for the soil structure, even though there's not much nutrition left.
Cleaning the greenhouse is usually done when it's empty (or nearly empty). Take out all the pots and plant debris, and then wash the windows and frame down with something like ***** fluid, make sure you get into all the nooks and crannies in case there's any bugs lurking. Then let it dry and air out a bit before you put any plants back in. I don't usually clean mine out til March-ish though, just a quick sweep when all the plants are done, and then a really good scrub in the spring.
