  • Taste of summer squashes.

I already have some courgettes busy germinating, but am wondering if it's worth filling a spare bit of space with one or two other summer squashes, maybe a patty pan type or Zephyr. What I'm not clear on is whether these are minor variations on a courgette taste (in which case I won't bother) or have a significantly different flavour (in which case I can keep them on my list of possibles for that particular spot).

    Any advice?

yes, much like a courgette in texture and flavour. Soft, squishy.

Thanks. Think I'll use the space for a couple of containers of dwarf beans instead.
