well it is for me anyhow... we have our first ever tomatoes! two garden pea sized tomatoes!!! i cant explain how exciting it was to discover them yesterday morning...i must update my blog...i have nearly three weeks worth of pics to catch up with, what with work, decorating our bedroom and being on slug watch...time has just flown by.
Is it normal to be so over the moon that for once something has actually gone to plan? the variety is Sungold F1, and the plant has gone from a tiny seedling to a huge monster with plenty of flowers and taking over the greenhouse in just over 8 weeks! God help me when everything else is ready to eat...i won't be able to cope with such an ordeal! x

I don't think there's anything wrong with being excited. For me, that's the whole point of growing your own - seeing something that you've grown from a little tiny seed turning into dinner
