I've been growing tomato seedling under lights. The underside of the leaf is purple and the stem is purple. I'm using coco coir and some worm castings. Temperature range is 20c -25c.they just have there seeding leaves

Are they purple when you bring them out into daylight? In other words, is it the light which is making them look purple? -

Tomato leaves often look purple underneath - they also turn purple when cold.
I wouldn't worry about yours - they're still babies. Wait until they have their true leaves.Comment
