Are they purple when you bring them out into daylight? In other words, is it the light which is making them look purple?

Can you pull them out into daylight and check their colour?

Tomato leaves often look purple underneath - they also turn purple when cold.
I wouldn't worry about yours - they're still babies. Wait until they have their true leaves.
