| I may be wrong here but aren't raspberries woodland plants? If so, they would probably thrive with a woodchip mulch around them (similar to a forest floor). It will deplete the soil of nitro as it slowly rots down, but raspberries don't like a lot of nitro anyway. If I had some raspberries AND woodchips I would give it a go , but I always was one for experimentation!![]() If the rasps are in rows you could try putting it along either side and call it a path!
