    Dwarf Beans = 6
    Asparagus = 10

    Shallott = 10
    Cauli = 15
    Tomato Moneymaker = 10
    Courgette = 10
    Onion Golden Globe = 10

      And
      Garlic = 2

      Think I may have overdone it lol!???
      Ive attached pics of my plots and pots to see if anyone would be so kind as to explain which should go where! lol All the fruit is going in the front garden its the back and pots im concerned about lol!
      Some veg are for pots like the cucumber is a small bush veriaty. Im just a bit overawed now ive sat down and counted lol!
      Ive even got some beetroot and carrot seeds to put out in the plot not planted yet lol!
      All these seeds are trays and pots in the conservatory!
      Although the peppers and beans are quite tall now = peppers 8 cm approx 6 leaves
      Beans = 20cm approx 4 leaves.
      Can they go out? And if so where?
      oooh im so confused!
      Oh and a dwarf lemon and orange tree for each of the massive pots in the pics. Ebay £7.95 each!

        You have been a busy bee

        I'm not sure about your beans but i wouldn't but the pepper plant outside yet- i'd wait til mid may as they don't like frost, and when you do put it out put it in a sunny spot and you'll need to harden it off.

                Thats a fab list. I am sure it will all look great once its all planted up and growing. I have lots of lettuce at really good sizes in pots and also in a raised bed. Also, radish, spring onions and beetroot all planted out and doing well.

                I am planning on putting out a fair bit of my other stuff from 1st May onwards. I think carrots do well in pots.

                You just need to match items on your list to the areas you have available. Beans etc needing something to climb up and cabbage cauli etc needing a proper bed.

                Good luck

                I have raked the soil and planted the seeds

                    Well you deserve it chelle, i shall be having a drink tonight also but i won't be at home to check on my plants as i'm away for the weekend- hopefully will get chance to go on internet tomorrow.

                    But i am going to buy the "let's grow veg" mag tommorow so i will probably look a little bit sad and obsessive to the other halfs family - but who cares lol

                      How much do you really NEED your lawn? Personally, I'd be VERY tempted to nick quite a bit more to accomodate a few more of your larger veg. BUT! The good news is you still have loads of room on that lovely patio, and growbags will take a suprising amount as long as you WATER,WATER, WATER!!!
                      Good luck with getting a quart into a pint pot!

                          great to get planting and then the shock at the amount! lol I've already started giving seedlings away! Perhaps elongate and extend the existing beds......

                          Perhaps some troughs for the peas and carrots against the fences, that way you can hang some netting on the fence. in the pea trough, depending on size a courgette plant or 2....
                          an onion on either side of each trough for the carrots.... you'll get less in but the onions are supposed to help deter the dreaded carrot fly... just means more troughs

                          Careful with the cape gooseberries, I was warned they can be triffid like(depending on variety)

                          Do you need 16 tomato plants? (just asking....lol I have given loads away and am now down to about 40! only asking you what I've been asking myself....)

                          Just a couple of ideas to hopefully get your thoughts of how you want to do it going....

                          I say ditch the lawn and plant more seeds
                          Never test the depth of the water with both feet

                          The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory....

                          Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

                              I would if i could

                              Instead i'll just have to make do with planting in lots of containers and slowly but surely take over the patio lol
