It is sold as a house plant but I've had one growing outside for years! (Sorry NG)
Easy to propagate from cuttings too.
Wait until spring and warmer weather before you plant it out. Meanwhile enjoy its perfume indoors

I have a frosty garden and mine didn't survive its first winter. It just depends on your garden's microclimate.

Jasminum officinale is the one to buy for reliable winter hardiness. So good luck planting your out.
