Default How often to earth up?

Hi, my earlies have gone mad, from no signs to fast growth literally overnight which is brill as it's my first time with spuds.

But how often do I earth them up? I can put earth over and the next day they are through again. Is there a height of leaves I should aim for before doing it? I was worried about frosts ect but there doesn't seem to be so many now (touch wood). My raised bed looks like it's got moles at the mo!

I only earth mine up to the bottom of the leaves, about once a week during a growth spurt.
