Hi everyone
Yesterday was warm and sunny and all of the seedlings needed a good water and inspection for potting on or moving positions etc. My tomato plants will need larger pots soon, maybe a job for Sunday.
The raised beds that were prepared in January have been covered with weed fabric and polythene and should now be warmed up and weed free ready for planting the first of my lettuce plants which are quite a good size and were raised in unheated greenhouse at end of January.
I have a hilly area of grass in the garden that I want to clear and sow some wild flowers into, we already have lots of bees and butterflies but I want to encourage as much as I can.
The area behind the summerhouse needs preparing for potatoes, its just a grassy patch at the moment but will be a good spot for spuds.
Over the next weeks and months there will be a mile of jobs/chores/tasks to achieve and I am looking forward to the satisfaction of jobs well done and productive tasks.

I've just been mainly keeping the weeds down. Oh and I buried a big bit of reinforced concrete at the top of the garden, as I've got no way of getting rid of it 
Thankfully I dug up nothing more interesting than some broken glass (evidence of their final fight?), lumps of metal (murder weapon?) and half a pencil (was he forced to sign a confession before she 'did him in'?) 
I have salad, parsnips carrots radish leeks onions and spinach on the go now
