Found this site, but doesn't actually give much information in spite of having lots of words. Welcome to High Brix Gardens | HighBrix Gardens After looking at the site, I presume they are wanting to sell their products although I couldn't actually find out what they sell apart from test kits.

I have enough trouble growing food in these weather conditions - without fussing about it's nutrient levels.
Although I do try to keep my soil as healthy as possible, more I cannot do

The Path to High Brix | HighBrix Gardens

the above gives a bacis understanding of high brix. the first thing you are ment to do is send a sample of your soil to ag labs and the will tell you what minerals are missing from your soil.

the most important emphasis of high brix is the need to provide nitrogen is negligable and the need of calcium takes the number one spot

the benefit of high brix fruit and veg is the broad spectrum of improvements to your physical health, immune response and possiabley longevity. thats what my fella said ....geek..
