what is the correct way to harvest my courgettes, ie the correct way to cut them as not to damage the plant.

Hi mattfee15. Just take a sharp knife and cut through the small stalk at the base of each courgette. As long as you take care not to cut into other parts of the plant you shouldn't have any problems. Enjoy your fresh from the plant courgettes.

I tend to use my secateurs. I'm not let out with a sharp knife unless it's got a cork on the end!
