I suspect they may be fine without heat in the house, or with bottom heat and no cover on. Await the advice of more expert growers though. It is still early and they will struggle to make strong plants if you treat them too kindly now. It is worth the trial though as it is the only way you learn.

          We leave ours on 24/7.

It has no thermostat but the instructions suggest the heated prop raises the temp of the prop above room temp by a couple of degrees rather than being at a specific temp (if I remember correctly).

Depending on how things are going/looking we have the vents open during the day and closed at night. We might take stuff out of the prop nearly as soon as they germinate to stop them getting leggy, but put them back in at night to keep them warm. Depends how cold/warm your room gets I suppose.

When they get a bit stronger (and it gets a bit warmer) we walk the seedlings (in their modules) to the unheated greenhouse during the day, and back at evening, as they need lots of light. Not sure about spring onions & cabbage in the heated prop tbh.

As soon as the seeds have germinated they're going to need a lot of light.

So what are you going to do with it now?

all the seeds are now up except the spring onions, but these were given to me so they may never germinate.
