Default Germination times
Does anyone know where I can find information on the germination times for veg seeds? I've sown a few but I'm not sure how long I should be leaving it before I can assume they're duff & not likely to germinate.

Dr Hessayon - The Vegetable Expert - available from all good bookshops. Also gives life expectancy of stored seed and estimated yield.
