Floppy asparagus seedlings

Sorry I can't see your pic very well. I think they are to warm. I have always sown mine in the greenhouse or outside in a sheltered spot. I would pot them on a little bit deeper (not sure how much you can get a way with though) and put them somewhere cooler. I suspect someone will be a long soon to say something different

By sheer coincidence I am having a 'go' at asparagus this year. In my case I found previous owner of house had some in a tiny little plot (About 1ft. x 3ft) right up against the house wall.

I've dug them up and I'm now scanning through the forum to see if the two plants I rescued will grow in a decent size plot.

Sorry I can't comment on seed grown, hope someone will post soon to answer your query, meanwhile I'll continue to look at the forum in the hope of guidance from somewhere. If not forthcomming I may end up getting some seed as well.

I know this is a dreadful thing to suggest but I would sling 'em. They don't transplant well and two crowns are unlikely to give a crop worth bothering with.

They look perfectly normal for Asparagus, I grew from crowns on my plot last year and had to let them just grow the feathery tops to put strength in the root system. If you re-pot them you need to be careful of the roots and plant them in oversize pots in depth meaning pots that are tall and not necessarily wide. That's because you want them to grow longer roots, you don't need to bury them much deeper but yes you need to help the foliage stay upright as they need to use the sunlight to help develop the crowns. Move them outside soon as you can as you don't want them to get too leggy and just water them when needed, harden them off and hopefully we won't get many more frosts when they should develop really well.
