  • Flat beans.

Saw in our local super market a veggie called "flat beans", but I am not sure what they are. Marshalls have kindly sent me a catalogue (and I didn't even have to ask for it) and on p.40 there is a photo of something that looks like them. It is a climbing flat bean, v."Algarve". Could these be the ones? Thanks everso.

      Hi Alice
Are you going to get them? I'd be interested to know how you get on! I like trying to grow new things.

Thank you Alice. I'll have a go at growing the ones I saw, tho' not overly sure about the recipes.
        Thanks for your help anyway.

            Flat Bbeans

            Hi selfraising.

I am going to order them. They are called "Algarve" and are on page 40 of the Marshalls catalogue. I 'phoned the to ask if they are "flat beans" and they confirmed, yes.
