    I planted my first ever seeds on monday night

    Heres a pic of the rocket seedlings now


    I'm guessing they are not ready for pricking out yet.. The question is are they too leggy? to get the perspective they are about 2 inches tall

    And if they are, should I scrap them or keep going?... Sorry I'm a proper beginner!

    Look good. Not an expert but maybe they need more air circulation to stop that white moss forming.

      Yeh i've read up on that and apparently its nothing to worry about, although I have opened up the vents on the propagator

        They do look a bit leggy- so they need to be on a bright but cool windowsill to slow them down a bit and encourage them to chunk up a bit.
        I think the white fluffy bits look like the fine roots and are nothing to worry about- bit hard to see from here!!

        Well done with your first packet of seeds....hope you like rocket if they all grow into full plants!!!!

          Thanks! maybe I should take them out of the propogator altogether and just have the tray on the windowsill

            keep an eye on them that they don't dry out - water from below if you can.
