I have several bags of Epsom Salts that were for use with the de humidifier. Is this the same stuff I would use for plants?

Not answering your question. Hopefully someone smarter will answer. But I use Epsom salts to make tofu. Give it a go if you have loads... -
Check the bag... if it's 100% Magnesium sulphate or Epsom Salts, you are good to go.
If it's branded stuff from the dehumidifier company they might have added nasties. For example rock salt which some dehumidifiers use... This will kill plants in a high enough concentration. You can usually tell though by the appearance of the salt. Epsom slats it quite distinctive up close compared to rock salt.Comment
