Are there any flowers that can be included in crop rotation? I'm asking this because I know that sunflowers can be included with endive and lettuce, but are there any others? Perhaps sweet peas with the legumes???

Interesting question!
We have a metal bean frame which we use to grow sunflowers up.
I rotate it around the plot, but not in any specific order other than making sure it doesn't cast a shadow in the 'wrong' plcae.
With sweet peas, I would make sure they are kept away from peas, incase the pods are picked in error as peas, and also I find on our plot that they attract greenfly and blackfly ( maybe that could be a good thing??)
I think that most herbs and flowers don't count in a veg rotation as such, but sweetpeas could I'm sure!

It depends on what you are trying to acheive, I include my Chrysanths & Dahlia's in my rotation but as an extra crop to give me a greater break between things. As Snadger says Wallflowers are Brassicas so you shouldn't follow on cabbages with these as you could risk clubroot.
