  • Container Fig tree with spotted leaves

My container grown fig tree is about 6 years old and for the first time has fruit, but I have noticed a few leaves have brown spots and some look edge eaten.

It is also throwing up suckers.

    Can anyone help?

Does the brown mark go through to the underside? My first thoughts are either the leaf bud was damaged before it opened, or there is a leaf miner grub in there.
Don't know whether you would want suckers on a fig tree as I don't grow them myself, but if you want to remove them, you need to pull them off not cut them or they will regrow.

My fig tree throws up suckers. I think it's normal and as above, i just pull them off.
