 cauliflower question These are my first ever cauliflowers and although the greenery looks as I imagined it would the forming heads/hearts/flowers  are very flat and yellow rather than white, will they change or is something wrong?Any help much appreciated  .      |

| Water and rain can discolour cauliflowers. Always water at ground level rather than watering from above the califlowers and try to keep the leaves over the curds to protect them.

| Thanks LJ. I have mostly been watering at ground level and the curds  are very open, not really protected at all.Will they still be ok to eat? |

| Yes course they will. But don't leave them too long before you eat them. Cauliflowers have a habit of looking great one day and the next day they have gone to seed. So I would start eating them and enjoy!
