The little white flowers develop into the peppers.

Hi, you'll probably find you'll have a couple of days where you'll miss checking them to suddenly spot a tiny green thing emerge. I have a thing where I think some plants may just be a little shy, and come out of themselves when no-one is looking.

You'll get peppers Mr&MrsB. The rest of your stuff is great and your peppers will be too. Give them 2 or 3 days more and you'll see peppers coming out of the middle of the white flowers. You'll see.

Shouldn't need to pollenate them. I have never bothered and get peppers. You may consider restricting each plant to around 6 peppers though.

I wonder about pollination. Although I don't bother I believe commercial growers put bees in the greenhouses as, I think, the more pollination the more seeds, and the better shape the fruit form.
