  • Getting there slowly

Some of you will remember the 12 month challenge I set and failed miserably!

Progress has been made inline with the original challenge, ie no mechanical aids. Keeping the original plot going and taking on a wilderness was tougher than I anticipated.

Well done, persistence has beat resistance. Looks great and also you may have found like me that this game helps ones fitness much better than a gym membership

Greenleaves - Looks great - Well done.

I'm always interested in picking up tips from others and see you have debris cages. Is that 3 x 1.2m x 3.6m Cages in the for ground? And if so, do you just lift them off or tip them over to gain access.

The cage I made this year was similar total size, but used 2 battens to stretch top cover over, with a batten down middle for supporting cover and was a bit of a pain use. The skirt round the side seemed to work. But needed 2 people to gain access for weeding etc.

You also have a stack of black hoola hoops near your wheel barrow. What do you use them for? or are they just big black pots?

Keep up the good work and all best for the new season.
