Hi Does anyone know of any allotments or half allotments available in Warrington, we have been on W B C waiting list for years and are still only 480 on the list. Thank you Pat

Just a thought....have you checked if there are any privately owned sites around?
If you have a look on gooogle earth around your area you will probably detect several allotment sites.
Forget about the waiting list...go in person to the sites at weekend and ask anyone there if there are vacant plots...there are bound to be some, then chase up the site manager....they may be able to help you out.

Try the Parish Councils too. Mine is in Lymm and there's a couple where nobody seems to be doing much, not sure where you are but there's a fair few small sites dotted about
