  • LTS rotavator

I've just assembled my new LTS rotavator. The instruction is poor. Where do I put the oil for the engine and oil/grease for the gearbox. Can I use the dipstick hole.

Is there no instruction book with it?

I've just bought a Cobra Rotavator/Tiller and its usually obvious what goes where, the engine oil will go down the cap marked with an oil can symbol, the petrol goes in the other one suitably marked as well with usually a petrol pump symbol. The oil cap will also have a dipstick attached to it which makes it even more obvious, fill up with the recommened oil up to the mark on the dipstick.

If you haven't got a manual supplied with it you need to phone LTS to get one sent to you as its vital you have that for any essential information it contains. Do not put any oil in with the petrol as I can see from the spec yours is a 4 stroke engine which only has oil in a sump, unlike a 2 stroke which doesn't and needs a petrol/oil mixture in the petrol tank.
