  • Can anyone identify these veg plants?

My grandson planted some seeds but he is 5 so doesn't know what they are and I can't find the packets. Any ideas?

Mixed salad leaves - various lettuce, rocket. The big leaves look like a flower. Did you use new compost?

The top 6 inches was new compost. I don't really have any flower seeds. He planted 4 things. Carrots answer calabrese I can identify. The others no idea. Isn't rocket pointer?

Well, I've just tasted a leaf and it tastes like a very mild rocket

Don't try the big leaves as they could be foxgloves!

Don't think they're foxgloves they tend to have purple stems

The jagged edged leaves bottom left of the first picture look like mizuna or namenia or some other type of mustard greens, probably part of a mixed salad leaf pack.

It looks like there's a giant foxglove next to them but mine are primrose carousel which are yellow,it popped up randomly maybe from a bird its more advanced than my little ones. I'm not very good at plant ID except what I grow,if it's labelled
