  • Problems uploading pics.

    Anybody else having this problrm.
Last Sunday I was able to upload a pic. Since then all I have had is problems.
I have tried everything but cant get the pics from document file. It also wont allow me to delete old thumbnails.
Grandson thinks it might be a problem with file manager.
    Help...driving me crazy.

I'm always told that its 'cos my images are too big (and that may be true) so try editing them down and then uploading - I'm not entirely convinced that there isn't summat else going on 'cos I'm (fairly) sure I used to do stuff that worked and then it stopped working. Trouble is I'm a bit geeky so I do do stuff... anyhow

Are you using a phone or a camera for taking photos Bramble?

When mine fail to upload I cut a bit off the photo & it works or use picture manager & resize. Or is it something different to that? Can you click on add files then choose the file/photo & then click on upload? Or can you not find the photo,is it in a different file type?

I always crop my photo. How many are you uploading?
I am having similar trouble Bramble. I try to upload just one or two at a time.
I will ask admin to look at it.

That happens to me a lot, cropping the photo & then sometimes cropping again, helps it become the right size. Sometimes I take the photo from far away so I can cut bits off you know

Thanks for replies and trying to help. I was only trying to upload one. I have tried cropping, taking from a distance. Using my phone, using my tablet but nothing is working.
