  • Gardener's question time

Hello all, am I being dim? I only seem to be able to download a few episodes of the GQT podcast. I NEED MORE! Does anyone know where I can find an archive, or can anyone pop them in a dropbox and share them with me please? I could trade for other podcasts?

Are there any podcast addicts here? GQT and other podcasts available/wanted

Hello all. I'm desperate to find an archive of old gqt episodes in podcast format or mp3 so I can listen in the garden.
I have lots from the last couple of years, and also lots of garden nerd, gardeners corner, a way to garden and others. Also lots of food programs.
Does anyone else save their podcasts and want to swap some?
      Fingers crossed

^Have you ever thought about changing your name to veggieelephant (or vegielephant)? You've got a tremendous memory.

Its not that good, Snoop, I'm trying to remember where I left my secateurs.

Hello veggiechicken. I did, it's a great list (Thank you Nico) , but I want to be able to listen while I garden, so I need them to be podcasts not listen now. That's why I'm again trying to find someone else who collects podcasts, who might want to share and trade

I find it is always the irrelevant info that comes to mind. Anything important goes right into the vapour

I haven't a clue how a podcast works - can't you download them from "listen now"?
Anyway, the good news is - I've found my secateurs - on the dresser in the kitchen! Obvious place really

GQT is available on the iplayer app going back way past 2014. Only the last month is ever available to download though.

Your phone provider might offer a walkabout WiFi option although you can still use iplayer with mobile data if you are happy to use it.

Could you not play them through a device with a loudspeaker attached?

Share and trade!! Makes me think of cigarette cards or stamps (shows my age!)
Is there a word for a "podcast collector"?
                          Podcastologist? Podcastrian?

I'm intrigued by the concept. Do they gather on street corners and pass podcasts in brown envelopes/rolled up newspapers?

Sorry, janna, its been a long and worrying day, but tomorrow will be better, now that I've found my good secateurs. I managed to cut through my sleeve and into my arm with the old pair I had to use today.

                          Good luck finding your podcasts.

I know about stamp collectors but what are cigarette cards? and if that statement is a guide it must be something away before my time
On a more serious note I do hope you arm is all right and that it wasn't too painful
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.
