I am looking at some Victorian edging and thought you could just dig a trench, put it in and then fill with soil (it will be between grass and a flowerbed) but some sites seem to say you need to cement it in etc. Has anyone done this? Also, would people recommend it or not? Are there any negative points that I should know about?
