  • Green peppers out to the greenhouse yet ?

    Hi all

I'm steadily moving my new seedlings out to the greenhouse now, and just have my peppers, chillies and squashes left in the house.

Will the peppers be okay to move on now ?

They are about 3-4 inches tall with about 4 real leaves on each.

My wife is very keen to reclaim the space...

Ours have been out there for a week now, still keeping an eye on night time temps though and will cover with fleece if necessary.
    Location ... Nottingham

Still getting lows of 3-4C here, so mine come indoors unless the forecast is for +8.
I'm not risking them permanently out there for a few weeks yet.

I haven't even decided what squashes I'm going to grow, let alone sowed them. I can't safely plant them out 'til mid-May, here.

No - I started my squashes and pumpkins off in a propagator, but there still not much more than sprouts, although they are 3-4 inches high.

We're still getting lows of 4C here as well, so maybe I'll keep everything in the spare room for now.

We'll probably be getting a couple of frosts before the end of May as well.
